Getting Started


What exactly does using this service give me?

Using this service gives you the ability to access the web through our UK based servers via a virtual private network (VPN). In doing this you are given a UK IP Address. This allows you to access all your favourite UK TV players.

How do I view the channels?

2. If your using a PC or Mac go to our channels page here > and simply choose a channel/catchup service to watch.

If your using an mobile/tablet device you will need to download the applicable UK TV apps by tapping here > and either select the iPad TV apps or Android TV apps tab to get the download links. Once downloaded as long as you are connected to the VPN all these apps will be unblocked.

If you are using another device/streaming device, i.e. Firestick we can help you install all the UK TV apps if you are unable to find them in the applicable app store.  Just submit a ticket on the support page here >

What devices are supported?

We support all major devices.  For PC, Mac, iPad/iPhone, Android, FireTV & Kindle Fire we have easy to use Apps available to download from the applicable App stores.  For Chromebook we provide simple setup instructions and for all other devices (inc. Smart TV’s, PlayStation, Xbox, Roku and many more) We can support them via the use of a VPN router (available from under £20).  Again we provide simple instructions for setting this up too.

How do I sign up?

Signing up for our service is very easy. Simply click on any of the Join now or Pricing buttons that can be found throughout the site, choose a plan to suite your needs and complete the payment process.  Once you have successfully signed up we will create your account instantly and will then take you to the subscriptions setup area to setup the service.

Subscriptions & Cancelation


How much does the subscription cost?

Depending on how long you would like to use the service for we offer three pricing plans – Monthly (£6.99 per month), 6 Monthly (£5.49 per month, total billed every 6 months) or 12 Monthly (£3.99 per month, total billed every 12 months).

All plans automatically renew on or around the same date of signup but can all be cancelled at any time so they are completely flexible.  For example if you just want to use the service for a few days or a week or two whilst on holiday thats no problem, simply sign up for the Monthly plan and cancel within the first month – it will only cost you £6.99.  Alternatively if you go away often or perhaps you live abroad and would like to use the service continually you will get better value from our 6 monthly or 12 monthly plans.


Do you offer a holiday/short term plan?

Yes – the monthly plan is completely flexible and can be cancelled at any time so if you just wish to use the service for a few days or a week or two whilst on holiday you just need to cancel the auto renewal and this makes it a one off of £6.99 for up to a month’s access.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can easily cancel your subscription within your My Account area on our website anytime you like.  Just login, go to Subscriptions and then under the subscription Expires on date you will see a link to change settings for auto renewal.  Once auto renewal is cancelled your subscription will remain active for the remaining amount of time paid for with your plan after which point it will expire.

How do I re-subscribe to the service?

If you have previously used our service then you just need to login to your existing account on our website and then choose the option to Purchase a new subscription.  If you were prevously using the service on your PC or Mac and wish to use the same device again you will need to uninstall the old software application before installing the new version from your new subscription. This is because each subscription has a unique application. Similarly on all other platforms simply delete the old settings / VPN accounts. Then all you need to do is complete the sign up process & follow the instructions & set up guides as you did previously.

How many devices can I use per subscription?

You can use up 5 devices at the same time using the 1 subscription.

Speed & Limitations of Service


Will I still be able to watch TV if my local internet connection is slow?

If your local internet connection is very slow you may have problems when trying to stream TV.  Ideally you need a minimum download speed of 2.5Mbps to stream TV.  However, if your download speed is below this then you can still download programs to watch later instead of streaming them in real time.


Is there a limit on the amount of bandwidth I can use?

Although it is not strictly enforced there is a daily limit of 2GB of data transfer per day. This limit is more than enough needed to stream/download TV and will only really be enforced on users who regularly exceed it & abuse the system.

Can I use Bit torrents/P2P file sharing networks whilst connected?

No, to ensure the best possible viewing experience for all our subscribers access to bit torrents and p2p file sharing networks are strictly prohibited for use whilst connected. If you wish to use these services you will still be able to by simply disconnecting from our service before doing so. Using the service for taking part in criminal or illegal activities is also strictly prohibited. We can take no responsibility for users’ actions whilst using this service and we reserve the right to cancel any user’s access that is proven or suspected of abusing our system for criminal or illegal activities with no prior notice or refund.
