We are aware of an issue effecting All4 playback when using the L2TP conneciton on iPad/iPhone, Android, PC, Mac & Chromebook. We are currently working on a fix for this and will update this announcement as soon as the fix goes live.
In the mean time you can solve the issue by setting up our OpenVPN connection on your device/s instead – Login to your My Account area using your device, click/tap on ‘Setup on my device’, choose the device you are using but instead of following the standard guide scroll down to the bottom and click/tap on the tab that says “Setup an OpenVPN connection’ to try this instead. The OpenVPN conneciton has been tested this morning and remains unaffected.
