We are aware of a current conneciton issue effecting our software on PC and Mac. iPad/iPhone & Android users using the OpenVPN connection will also be effected. We are currently investigating this issue and will be issuing a fix to this problem as soon as possible. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused in the mean time. We will update this notification and any tickets created relating to this issue as soon as possible.

We have now identified the issue and we are rolling out the fix now. We expect all connections to be restored within the next 2 hours. Again we apologise for any inconvenience caused in the mean time.
