If you are still experiencing any issues after doing this please submit a support ticket, let us know the device you are using and give an example of content that will not play. Otherwise we thank you for your patience whilst we dealt with the problem.
We are aware of playback issues with ITVX at present and we are working hard to find a fix the issue.
