Update: This issue has been resolved. If you still have a problem with your version of the software please update to version 7.3.
We are aware of an issue effecting some Windows users that have downloaded the latest version of our software (7.2.2). The software is failing to connect in some instances.
We are working on a fix to this issue and hope to get it live later today.
In the mean time you can connect by using one of the alternative conneciton methods for Windows (scroll down to the bottom of the setup guide and expand the tab that says ‘Setup a PPTP’ conneciton to try this instead. If you can’t connect using that method try the L2TP conneciton.
We sincerely apologies for any inconvenience caused and we thank you for your patience whilst we deal with the problem.
