We believe all issues with iPlayer & ITVX have now been resolved. Please disconnect and reconnect to try again. If you are still experiencing any issues after doing this please submit a support ticket, let us know the device you are using and give an example of content that will not play. Otherwise we thank you for your patience whilst we dealt with the problem.
We are aware of issues with both iPlayer and ITVX at the present time. We are working hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible. We will update this post again as soon as it’s fixed. We thank you for your patience whilst we deal with the problem.
