We are aware of a current issue with the configuration files not being bundled into the Mac app installer correctly. We are working on a fix for this and hope to get it live ASAP. If you are effected by this issue please submit a ticket to let us know so we can ensure you can download the fixed version of the software as quickly as possible.
In the mean time you can still connect by setting the alternative L2TP conneciton instead – Login to your My Account area, click ‘Setup on my device’, choose Mac but instead of downloading the software scroll down to the bottom of the guide and expand the tab that says ‘Setup an L2TP conneciton’ to use this method instead.
