We are aware of a current issue with the latest Windows 10 update stopping some users from being able to connect. We are currently investigating this and will be issuing a fix to this problem as soon as possible.
In the mean time you can still connect using one of the alternative connection methods. To do this login to your My Account area on our website, click on the ‘Setup on my device’ button on the subscriptions page and select Windows 8.1 / 10. Ignore the software download and scroll down to the bottom of the page instead, click on the PPTP setup tab to try this method first. If you can’t connect using that method try the L2TP method.
We will add a further anouncement update as soon as we have a fix for the software issue. If you would like to be notified by email when this is available please submit a brief support ticket, preferably with the Question entered as: Windows 10 Update Required.

UPDATE: 09/01/16 [SOLVED] ———————————–
We are pleased to report we now have a new version of the software that solves this issue. Please uninstall the existing version and reinstall the new version by following the steps below:
1. Very importantly make sure the existing software is not running on your PC – check to see if the small TV icon is present in your task bar area (bottom right of Windows by the clock, you may need to click the expand arrow to see it). If its there right click it and select Exit.
2. Go to Windows Settings then Control Panel and click on Uninstall a program under Programs. Scroll down until you see WatchUKTVAbroad, select it and then click uninstall to run the uninstaller.
3. Login to your My account area on our website, click on the setup on my device button and then download and install a fresh copy for Windows.
