We believe all issues with itv and ch4 have now been resolved. Please disconnect and reconnect to try again. If you are still experiencing any issues after doing this please submit a support ticket, let us know the device you are using and give an example of content that will not play. Otherwise we thank you for your patience whilst we dealt with the problem.
We are currently aware of issues with both the ITV hub and All4 players at present and we are working hard to find a fix.
